Pair with leggings or tall boots! Excellent for twirling. Comfortable and casual dress for the little ones! The jersey fabric stretches and moves with them as they play. Fabric content: Double Brushed Polyester. All my fabric is pre-washed and dried to reduce shrinkage. If your little has sensitive skin, please wash before wear.
